Because Shirlink LLC provides digital templates and downloadable digital products through Advanced Content Visual Services, our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing that digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase.
Refund Requests
You may request a refund by contacting us at support@advancedcontentvisualservices.com with your order number, email address used at checkout and the reason for your request.
When a Refund May Be Approved
A refund may be approved if the digital product was not delivered as described, a technical issue prevents access and we are unable to resolve it, or the order has not yet been accessed or downloaded where applicable.
When a Refund May Be Limited or Denied
Refunds may be limited or denied when digital files have already been accessed or downloaded, the request is based on a change of mind, or the customer selected a product that does not match their software or workflow needs.
Digital Product Returns
Digital products cannot be physically returned. If there is an issue with your order, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement files, updated access, a partial refund or another reasonable solution.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment processor.
